I use Firefox's Live Bookmarks via a subscribe button next to my search bar and a scrolling RSS ticker at the bottom of the page, scrolling all my news across the bottom of my screen in a random order.

If you use Chrome, I previously used this app.

If you use IE, may I suggest... Oh I don't know... Not?

FYI, "ya exactly" is not a good answer to a question that gives two options that aren't "yes" or "no."

iGoogle is going byebye. Had me worried. I use Google Reader extensively.

You can just switch to Google reader (https://www.google.com/reader/), the import/export features are easy to use.
Alternatively, there are a number of Open Source RSS readers, many of which are cross platform. None of them are as good, IMO, as Reader.
