In the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth (1569–1795), Chełm Land was an exclave of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, completely separated from the main part of it by the Bełz Voivodeship. is that so hard to fking READ goddamn BOOKS? Ours means ours, nothing more nothing less. Ethnic cleansing usually happens in Podlachia as well so all local ukrainians claim they are belarusian and that's really easy to do because both languages are very similar and are based on the same ruthenian language of the Grand Duchy and we all believe that roman Pope sucks pendulum
