How do I turn off the ban?
I finally paid the money and re-signed the NEW ID.
I do not know how to write because it is a newbie and it seems to be treated as spam.

A ban on your account =/= a "ban"/small fee to register another account.

See, these two are very different things.

Are you actually banned from the forum? In that case, no matter how much money you'll pay, your account isn't going to be unbanned, (that is, ofcourse, assuming your ban is permanent.)

If you paid money to get your IP unblocked/unblacklisted ( getting rid of the units of evil), it should automatically work, as i think it did, since you're posting with an account right now? What exactly is the problem?

If you see that message then you are banned and there is no "turning it off". A moderator has banned you and you can feel free to ask why or appeal here or through the email system. Which account are you speaking of?

I'm assuming that now that your account has been banned and you attempted to recreate another account on that IP you were forced to pay an "evil fee" in order to post this. That is simply because there has been banned accounts from this IP address and does nothing to unban the previous accounts.

If you link your account, normally a staff member will let you know why you have been banned. Three days is not enough time to have passed for you to expect a response, these things take time. If you were banned though, I would try to figure out why, consider your account lost for good and change your behavior in the future.

I do not know how you will get the ban ID back. You think you were spamming and no restrictions worked. Use this ID in the best way.

if your account is banned, it's usually because of your posting is too fast so it looks like spam / your comment does not match the topic discussed / you have been banned by moderator.
there are only two ways:
- pay to reactivate your account,
- or create a new account
