Probably not, if you see your transaction here https://coinplorer.com/PTS just wait little bit more.

Is there any reason to still hold PTS now being beyond the date? Price has already taken somewhat of a tumble so I'll probably just leave mine alone anyway.

hello. i got a serious question. I was looking into bitsharesX currently and i was asking myself "if you need to create always a second part to an option in the system (bitusd can't be created on their own) - how can that ever be traded against btc or fiat"?

Can someone please answer my question why it would be false to believe btsx-contracts can't be traded outside their system? I was reading metaphor of matter/antimatter. You can't sell matter (bitBTC, bitUSD) for fiat or btc without selling antimatter (option) at the same time.

True or false? Why?

If you can, please post your question here: https://bitsharestalk.org - I believe you will get very clear answers.

Part of your question probably can be answered by exchange rate of this trading pairs:
https://bter.com/trade/btc_bitusd
https://bter.com/trade/BITUSD_USD

Hello. I have a few question. in what Bitsharesx superior opposed to NXT?
I got some NXT. If you can give me some examples why BitsharesX is better, I would convert my NXT to it.
Is it more secure than NXT? Or why is the big market cap on coinmarketcap.com?
 Huh

In my opinion, the main difference from NXT, what BitSharesX has market pegged assets, but in generally I don't have simple answer for your question, first of all because NXT also has good features, community and bright feature.

If your really interesting about BitShares, take an hour and read  http://wiki.bitshares.org
After reading if you get questions your can look for answers or ask them at: https://bitsharestalk.org

PS: I don't think today it's a good time to sell NXT, I think they undervalued.

so you are not able to give a short answer in a few sentences to the simple question? Instead you give me links i had before? I'd love to get a simple answer to a simple question tbh. Just tell me in a few words why i am wrong and i might consider taking a closer look. Thanks.

You can trade it outside BitShares X for the same reason you cna trade BTC on an exchange. BitUSD cen be sent peer to peer and exchanges can store it.

For why the market peg should work see http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/Market_Peg
It is better to read this first.

Because BTSX isn't a quasi-scam like NxT. The distribution of NxT is one of the most unfair i have seen, basically a Ripple 2.0 (Ripple is another scam that I despise).

I agree NxT is innovative, and so is Ripple. But due to the scam nature of the distribution, I will never touch these two, no matter what they could do. Their root
is "poisoned" so to speak, so the fruit grown from the poisoned root, is also poison.

Hey all

Have not followed PTS or BitsharesX happenings since last year.  I have some PTS, but what exactly do I have?  Does each PTS hold more value than just the going rate on the exchanges? Does it somehow entitle me to shares of DACs? If so, how/where do I view these holdings?

Thanks in advance for any info
