I looks like a huge plan that would take more than 10 years before it can be applied. Wine isn't something that someone from the crypto or even government will prioritize though maybe for the gese team. If i have to invest to this kind of project, my money will probably sleep for a long time but this is just my opinion. And hope people will analyze before sending.
