Smarter Contract, a contract dispute resolution platform, announced that its Initial Coin Offering will begin Monday, April 30th 2018 with Pre-sales beginning today, Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018.

Smarter Contract partners with companies and helps them enforce smart contracts that they originate.  For example, suppose two parties sign a smart contract for completion of freelance work.  The freelancer claims work is finished, but the client disagrees.  In this case, third-party experts are required to determine the truth.  Smarter Contract crowdsources those experts for the smart contract.

Smarter Contract is selling up to $2.5 million (USD) of SMTR tokens, which will be required to use its smart contract dispute resolution service.  Discounts are offered to early and large token purchases.  A total of 60 million tokens will be printed, 50 million of which will be available in the token sale.  More information on the token sale is included in the White Paper, Token Sale Summary, and Terms and Conditions, which can be found in the Documents section of Smart Contract’s website.

About Smarter Contract:
Headed by blockchain veteran Vladimir Dubovskiy and contract expert Ashish Bhatt, Smarter Contract enables any transaction to be executed through smart contracts, regardless of its complexity.  The company's platform resolves both smart and traditional contract disputes by applying expert judgment delivered through its autonomous network.  Smarter Contract's patent-pending technology maximizes the accuracy and minimizes the cost of that judgment.  It can reduce the cost of dispute resolution to less than 10% of prevailing costs in the traditional judicial system.  Learn more at
