when the market declines, I am sure that every team of development of each coin will try hard to restore the price. so my worries are not so great. I am analyzing the current Altcoin many of which show improvement. thereby reducing the decrease of Cryptocurrency.

Yup, that's what's really important - the developer team and their devotion to the project and to its success, If the developer team is working on a sound project, then there is no  need to worry. It is not all speculation!

Market capitalization is rising, and this tells us that everything is slowly returning. Yes, after so much time, it will be hard to gain strength in the past, but it's all a matter of time. Until the end of the year I hope to display prices for some coins at the level of last year.

It's only begining.  No need to panic.  The market is already green and in the future the price increase will be even greater.

if when the price drops I will prepare ammunition to buy Altcoin which has good prospects.
March the Etherum price drops to $ 300 and this month Ethereum is back green and the day is already $ 400 and shows an indication that the prospect is very good.

we can analyze with two main factors that is fudamental and technical.
Fudamental analysis technique is basically we analyze price movement based on an event that can influence rise and fall of coin price.
while technical analysis technique is we analyze future price movement based on mathematical calculation (formula, graph, chart) from previous transaction data. where the calculation of these formulas is expected to predict prices that occur in the future.

I am not a crypto expert, but now we are finally going up and it is to see whether we will have a double bottom, as suggested by some market analysis, around June, or this is a clear exit from a correctional phase (I still wouldn't call it a crash since most of cryptos are 10x more worth in value then one year ago).

Pretty hard to understand where you are really heading at but I think I get what you are trying to point out.
I think that the markets today are doing great and the green we see are good signs of hope and might be the the early days of the upcoming bullish run for this year 2018. But even if we do not see a bullish run this year, a good slow increase would still be great. Hey, I could be wrong but, that how I see things are moving.

I think as Bitcoin fallen heavily from 20000$ to 7000$ level straight because of bearish trend and most negative news around the world about crypto. But as bitcoin bounced back super from 7000$ to 8000$ level in just 1 day and all altcoins also followed Bitcoin and jumped more than 20-25%  with volume.  I think bull run starting slowly now and Bitcoin and all altcoins will again cross new ATH in next 2-3 months.
