anyone from chennai selling bitcoins for cash/gold

I have a buyer from chennai (japanese) and she wants to buy btc worth 4.5 lac something. I can arrange a safe deal with her for 5%.
She have 150 gm authentic japanese gold with receipt and proofs etc, you can take that if you want to invest in gold or simply cash.
