No metions of this new exchange(btc38.com) on china it is hyping many alt coins such as xpm, ppc even new one like protoshare are highly pumped, is this legit? I´ve been tring to make an account at bt38 but its quite hard....

Anyone knows a thing about it?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I think they are. Chinese markets are huge. It's probably difficult getting your coin in there though

I've used the site to sell XPM and PTS shares for CNY and I've purchased back BTC

A few weeks ago they had the best Ask price for XPM and PTS.

Google translate does a good job on the main page.

Getting support is a bit more complex, last week they had wallet issues with withdrawls.

You need to install the Chines Tencent QQ chat software and reach one the English speakers; TAME ID 46514171 

I've never lost any coins here, but I send in trade, and send out, never leaving any balances.
