I can understand why you think it's unfair and I too would like it to be stated before the bounty begins so we can choose if we want to join or not but we also need to understand that ICOs are projects in progress and they only want what's good for their token. We keep asking them if they're going to get listed in a good and reputable exchange but we seem to forget that in order to accomplish that they need KYC.

What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?
There is no problem with KYC but they need to inform bounty hunters at the start of the campaign or at least at the middle part of the campaign. KYC always cause delay and you can always assume that it will take months before it will be finished.  KYC is also needed to catch cheaters using multiple accounts. I think its unfair for those who are using one account. On the admin and managers side, it is only natural for them to ask for KYC since they will be paying the participants.

I don't like it and think it's unfair. Everyone understands that if this rule was mentioned at the start, then there would be much less participants and this project wouldn't be as popular. I think it shows that they don't respect their supporters, so i guess really solid and serious projects will not do so.
This is always available from the time the topic is set up, the bounty from Amazix announces this when the topic is set. KYC can make many people difficult, but it is still a strength, attracting many bounty hunters care and support.

I disagree also for requiring bounty participants to do kyc at the end of campaign, why do bounty hunters like us have to do such thing if we're not even an investor.
Yes. I am just like you, I do not agree with how to do that. That requirement is unreasonable and unrealistic, because the bounty holders can sell those coins at any time. And then they were no longer involved in the coin they had KYC.

I was against this rule before but if you look closely, there a re too many bounty participants and a alot of them is just fake account or 1 account has multiple accounts. Even sometimes 1 person own up to 20 accounts. This is abusive and should be gotten rid off.
That is why now I quite agree with those rules, as long as they dont use our identities for something bad Angry

There were such precedents. This of course is not correct. But if you want to receive your rewards, then you have no choice but to go through the identification procedure KYC. Otherwise, your earnings will be divided into all.

I am not comfortable with the know your customer being added to signature and bounty campaigns now. I do not want to give my information to a new coin that might not do good in the market and when they end up going under, they will resort to selling the information gathered from the know your customer they did for some money and we would never know.

I don't like it too since we are bounty hunters and we don't invest in the ico. I always skeptical sending my information to them. I just avoided bounty campaigns who always ask kyc. We can't know if they are using our information in good or bad.

why worry about kyc? this system is good because those who cheat or have multiple accounts will protest about this haha, so if we play by the rules and do not cheat we should not be surprised and not worried. very clever system from bounty manager Grin Cheesy

I've said it before, a campaign I participated in wanted me a kyc. I just do not know how trustworthy these projects are, which makes it very ridiculous, ico that bounty campaign is being given for kyc. Unfortunately we can not complain to anyone.

Omg, guys, they give you free money and a little KYC procedure scares you? Taking part in most of bounty campaign doesn't need to much work, time or brains. And it still gives you a decent profit in most cases. Be thankful for such ability.

I myself agree with you, because each of us provides the same personal data is in the resources where we are trying to register. When you receive money, this is self-evident. And it seems to me that at first in 2018, simply providing personal data will be mandatory in all the bank of the company.

I like the idea of putting a notice before a participant join a specific campaign. Because what's the point of joining a campaign if you don't have passport or you don't think you won't pass a KYC. I am just mad at campaigns that also ask for bank statement and proof of address? Like the hell. I am not applying for a bank account or loan with these requirements.

many companies have introduced this at the end of every ISO, and in my opinion this is not correct, since this market was created to make all operations confidential, and such verifiers would spoil everything

This is not a problem, and I think it's good and fair too. If an requires a KYC there is usually a ban from certain countries to follow the campaign. of course KYC in need so that people from the country certainly not participate in the campaign.

agrees that the KYC procedure should be specified in advance if, at the end of the ICO, KYC is forced to go through, I consider this a fraud!

this is not a very easy moment when they ask to make KYC to get their tokens, although at first they didn't require it. KYC is a good thing. But we need to announce it at the beginning of the company. A week before the end, you can just skip the message, and all work is free.to waste time spent on the company-generosity, and not to get tokens.

I include people who disagree with KYC,,, for me it is better not to follow his campaign. Because my personal information does not want me to give to anyone.
Maybe ICO team does not want to happen cheating from its bounty participants. But if I may suggest looking for other ways to deal with it. It's just a thought.
