In brief, we offer emerging fashion designers a platform where they are able to create profiles listing their current portfolios and plans for their upcoming clothing lines. Designers will be able to offer equity campaign, where they offer dividends to investors in exchange for investment.

Martini will create a pool of emerging designers who have applied to fundraise on the platform. Martini Executive Board will handle the pre-screening of the applied designers. Eligible applicants will then go through voting process by the MTN token holders. Designers with the potential to gain community popularity will be selected and will sequentially get funded.

If you referring to Executive board member, there's a whole section dedicated to it in the WP. Holding >20 ETH equivalent of tokens is the entry ticket(*special cases exist), selection will be carried out by all token holders based on their specializations and relevant experiences and their past performances will be also taken into account in times of member replacement.
