But when you are talking about evil that the state may do,

perhaps you are referring to perversions of members of the state?

When members of the state pervert state laws that are 'good',

perhaps condemning 'innocent' persons?

Sure, that can happen too, but they are supposed to be ministers of good unto the population.

There are mysteries.

Ok, so if the ruler is a tyrant and evil workmen abound, then perhaps consider that in general the people would not repent, and the people were in general being evil, so the wrath of God came upon them? The good and the evil might get caught up in large political upheavals like this.

God is Sovereign!

God Appoints Whom He Wills To Rule Over The Kingdoms Of Man

The holy bible also mentions the 'Man Of Sin' and so, perhaps strangely there may be events that are occurring because of the evil of a person, somehow 'outside' of the power of God? (I somehow wonder if this is ever possible?)

By the way, vod, I was a non-believer for over 30 years of my life, and if I can be forgiven, then perhaps you can too. I had a rough conversion. Don't mock me.

Today is the day that the Lord has made, lets be glad and rejoice in it

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Take notes, folks; this is precisely the logic used for history's first empires.

State laws compared to Gods laws

I started this thread, because of some issues some people are having
in another thread/poll I started.

There seems to be some disagreements about who has authority.

The state, or God.
Or, state laws, or Gods laws.

Or, how should I define this. I made this thread for you to debate about
state laws compared to Gods laws, and I am actually interested in what
you have to say. I have wondered about this many times. Smiley

Dude.  People worship over 200 gods.

Which god do you mean?  Please be specific so we know which particular kind of nut job you are.
There's infinite gods, only one god.  One universe, one soul.  Ya dig?

There is only one God.

If so he is very selfish.
Why didn't he made me a god too?
Probably he is an evil being.

Who has authority? How about neither? People have authority over their own bodies, their own things, and their own dominion. The idea of "that's mine!" is something that even a child understands. And all our sstate laws, and even god's laws, eventually come out of that. The Golden Rule, or the Non-Aggression Principle can be extrapolated to every law we ever need, and pretty much every just law we ever had, regardless of whether it was from god or from state. Then at some point both religion and state decided they wanted more, and shit went to hell.

Oops, sorry.. Who has authority? Individuals do. I have authority over myself (body and/or soul) regardless of what the state, or even god, says. All they can do is tell me how they think I should act and do things. I am the ultimate aothority on what I actually do.

I think this one line is a good summation of your intelligence level.

Or, state laws, or Gods laws.

What you actually mean by "god's law" is "law created by an autocratic state millennia ago".
