Unlike the traditional employment marketplace, our platform will be able to offer the employee flexibility in projects such as working with others as a team and time bonuses. Smart contracts have parameters set that create a much more honest, fair and flexible experience for all parties; an increase in efficiency is inevitable.

The Sale

To fund the development of this project, a token sale will take place.
Divided into two rounds - private sale & our IEO.
The sale process will include 53% of total WAY tokens (Hiway’s bespoke payment solution)
sold to prospective users of the platform.

53%. I wonder why the team made such a decision. It is also interesting that the project has existed since 2016. 
in fact, the idea is very good and the project can easily scale but I do not know how the team implements it.

I think if it is beneficial for everyone then the platform will be used around the world.  The main thing is that the platform is multilingual and works around the world to ensure maximum demand for tokens.

We has a lot "platform for job" in 2017, and all of them now closed or scammed people. So people just dont need this.

And the one suspicious thing: they have not been active in twitter since October 2018 and only posted first tweet on 29th May about their IEO

it looks quite promising I think the blockchain could be very good to help in this area. but let's see how the team implements it.
