Made some coins with mining, but the coin isn't registered on any exchange yet.

is there a place where trading for such coins can be done? telegram? discord? forum?

Check the thread and look carefuly for OTC trading. There might be users willing to buy them as investment

Those are coins or tokens bro ? If they're tokens , then you can try to sell them on EtherDelta .
You should wait until the coins are listed , you'll get more profits

you can start otc thread here at bitcointalk. i personally used such threads in past - it's a good opportunity to invest in young coins
