No.For me, AI make our life easier and more convenient.

No. I’m not scared of Artificial Intelligence. (Computers pretending to be thinking.)

What I could worry about, however, is real intelligence being created within a machine, like in a virtual brain. (Self-awareness on a human scale, running on a computer.) Now that is a technology which, if created, must be regulated for ethical and safety purposes.

Of course, if the technology (virtual brain) isn’t given control over any systems which could allow it to negatively impact individuals and populations then it should be perfectly safe. (For me, this same rule of thumb applies to AI as well.)

Our technology has undergone impressive developments that humanoid robots are supposed to be in use sooner or later. I'm only afraid of the common use of AI that we'll become too dependent on it. Just like we're now with techno devices.
