Well, I've been keeping try by carriers and almost no (if any) T-Mobile has pushed the update yet.

I'll install CM too, after my next update. I have to factory reset my phone, can't update while rooted, sigh.

I know it is outdated, but it is not useless yet. I am currently waiting to see whether Ubuntu will gain traction, if not, I will most likely go for the next generation of Android phones with 500+ PPI screens (I want to see this in person) and water resistance.

Ubuntu for desktop is interesting. So it just might be for mobile too.

Yes, Maemo Harmattan is based on Debian while MeeGo proper is based on Fedora. But both of them are dead now.

Harmattan was the 6th release of Maemo, a Debian-based Linux distribution for mobile devices, but was marketed as a version of Meego. It really does not matter anymore, since they are all dead by now.
