Yeah. I think most of the people here knows that, and I'm amazed that you don't know these even if you're rank is much higher than mine.

Back to the topic. The reason why there so many of them these is because they'll get an easy money with it with a little to no investment, have you thought how much they are getting on their coins pre-sale?

We have numerous ICO that's are scam now, their motive is just to chop and go.
If there should be rules and regulations or even regulatory authority that governs the affairs of ICO, that will limit the scam attempt and we'll all be safe from scammer in different ICOs, my thoughts.

Yes we have to be ready that around 90 percent of all ICO are scam and you'll be lucky again if your tokens that you get, will be on exchange. From percent of token that are already on exchange 5 percent will be useful and tokens will take part in human life
Why so many scam? Because it's the easiest way to earn (steal) money and all the money from crypto is very difficult to investigate. That's one of the ideas..

Because the crypto markets is filled with noobs who will put their money on anything they are hyped with. They wont do their own research and just invest their money on something they read positive about online before thinking twice.

Sometimes, the purpose to create a project ICO, really it is not scam. But as I thought, because their project is too high, the experience has not been steadily, surely, should always difficult, from there, they can not step anymore, so their project failed, so also should not blame anybody , which take responsibility for yourself, not to learn digital project which you are investing.

not all of them are scam, maybe some of them are failed because the project did not reach their softcap or they did not reach their minimum target on that project, it means they failed and thats why you dont get any payment of it

With your one liner explanation im not getting you what went wrong but as your title claims you ended up with the ICO's which were scam. If you had investment into them then you should have triple checked where you are investing your money. ICO's are scammers since teh 2017 start how ever then the scam rate was 1 in 100 and now the scam rate is 99 in 100. 

Its not about the bitcoin prices dumping or the market is down sort of thing but its all about ICO scammers themselves. ICO has become the business of making money and they call it quick money making machine. But dont fall for it, thats not for us the investors but it is for the ICO creators!!

We could only stay precautious while investing our money and there is only one way to do it, follow the crowd and follow the path!

People see making an ICO as an easy way to make money. Conducting an ICO and making a scam project is really difficult to do because it requires a lot of preparations, however, if it catches the investors attention, many people will surely follow and they can easily earn and run with the money after the ICO.

Because today the SEC why it requires developers to write some documents to describe their profits, supposedly send scans of documents of investors, and the developers themselves do not check, maybe start with them?

Veteran members or people who are already in this cryptomarket for sometime do already aware on such thing scam ICO are rampant into this market.Why? because this is one of the most easiest way for scammers to get or scam millions of money to its potential investors. Simply creating a coin with some good whitepaper and convincing design then you are good to go but later on they do ran on the funds that being accumulated.Its a sad part into its investors but you should get used to it this is why we should really be careful on investing.

yap, the fraudsters will always be in everything including ICO, so be careful before investing or joining the bounty program,
pay attention to who the bounty manager is because this is including the most decisive and also read the whitepaper so that later no regrets,

If there is good then evil tries to blend in-between, some people try to fool each other because of their foolish desire using the things that fools wants to hear, like "invest with us and let us return your money x100", most people are attractive to this statement and they don't know that they are being used to gather more money from others too.
