Like most people, I had a bad experience with airdrops, and the rewards I got by participating in the program were worthless and a total waste of time.

I have not believed in airdrops for a long time, all for the same reason, because people start using their greed in crypto-currencies, which usually leads to the loss of your deposit. You should understand that today there are not so many good ideas that would require serious investments.

I dont know the exact percentage but yeah majority of ICO are scam, sad but true. Always be careful when investing on ICO, scrutinized the project thoroughly, in the end its you who will suffer. I myself, invests only whom I know it has a tangible project and back up by strong group or company.

Airdrops is one way of the company and the devs to advertise their project. There are some ico now use airdrop and give their tokens that has no value. Dont expect so much to airdrops not all the time tokens you get from airdrop are legit or has a value.

99% is exagerated but let's Say 70% of Air drop are SCAM but There are Also à lot which require You to do some other actions for claiming the tokens and that of You Don't follow their Telegram anymore You Wil Miss those Steps. There are also Projects which fail their funding  and Don't distributeur their tokens. And so in the other 30 There are 29% that are Worth Nothing. The 1% Left are the Good surprise this Year like Hydro privcy or nobs crypto.

Almost all airdrops are a fraud. because they do not have the capital to be able to develop their concept and that is what makes them finally become fraudulent projects.

Joining airdrops are the easiest way to earns token by just filling the form, all airdrops are scammed  since I joined all the free airdrops I don't have any payment I earned and it's just wasting time and effort.

Not all airdrops are scam. Maybe the ICO is also a scam that's why they didn't gave you anything or maybe they are not listed in any exchanges at all that's why it becomes worthless. Airdrops are used by companies so that their community will grow by giving people free money.

The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.

What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?

Yeah it's true actually because based on my experience most of the airdrops I've joined are full of promises regarding the distribution of tokens . They always say that next month until you already forgot about the matter.

The investments that I read upon has more than enough information on there to see if the coin is a scam.

Where did you get your facts? I am not here to dispute the facts anyways. In fact I am in total agreement with you that a lot of airdrops these days are scams, though I won't throw any statistics around that I may not be able to defend. Most of airdrops these days are designed by people with the intention of getting airdrop participants biodatas, which they in turn use for multiple accounts registration in legit airdrops. I have stopped filling out every airdrop forms I see, I do my due diligence and made sure it's coming from a reputable source like Airdropalert. Even at that I don't participate in all airdrops coming from that source. I don't waste my time with bot airdrops, referral, $5 airdrops etc. I have discovered most to be a waste of time and effort. I have participated in good airdrops in the past and I can't deny the fact that a good airdrop can turns one's fortune around. I still hold EXRNCHAIN airdrop, Fresco, NOBS etc. I sold my HAT, ENU, HYDRO, Eltcoin and made good money over them. Cheers guys. Keep moving, neva give up.

Thats the unfortunate truth,, most of these airdrops are up to nothing in the real sense, they will only waste your time, take your details for no good reason and get you nothing in return, which is quite unfortunate. but not all are like this, there are god airdrops out there which actually live up to their billings

Mate, if 99% of airdrops are trick, at that point we require not take part in airdrop once more. Indeed, I won't deny the way that there are trick airdrops, yet I can certainly say that there are still genuine or better still great airdrops. I have seen occasions of such like ENU. Albeit, some of the time the engineers are simply out to make profit,but there are few with great items.

well I think percent in terms of the airdrop scam is not that high. Well, if it only has an airdrop that has a chaotic concept, well it can be ascertained that it is a scam, especially if they promise unreasonable profits. well, but I think airdrop is included with the ICO, and a good concept, of course that minimizes the risk in this case. yeah, but indeed most airdrops end with scams.

You are right, most airdrops are scammers. I never took this kind of earnings seriously. But sometimes you can join some projects. It is not difficult.
