Ngzhang is the one who should be responsible for the delaying of 110nm chip. At the beginning of the Avalon project, it is ngzhang who find a Person made the orders to TSMC for Avalon. Later, this Person started to sell chip privately on the black market, becoming a queue jumper of the chip buyers. Ngzhang refuse to communicate and explain on this Person who has stolen money from the community.
