BTC Oxygen cannot pay out?

My account has not been paying for 3x the threshold I set (0.1 BTC), and the manual payout does not work and give no message or what so ever.
I saw others posted same problem in their forum and the site owner asked for their ID to help, but I cannot post there, also cannot send private message.

This is frustrating!

as per their payout rules minimum payout is 0.1 BTC and time minimum 6 hour , but its have been
20 hour of my payment no got paid
