Why we need wallet-level verification protocols to restore trust to blockchain

As you all know the blockchain is filled with scammers and hackers. I wrote a post on why I think wallet-level verification is the only way stop it and improve the experience for end users. Would love to get your thoughts on other potential solutions to stop all the fraudulent activity currently happening.
