It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

U may use localbitcoins for PayPal exchange.

But remember PayPal transactions are risky.

Why Paypal though? Firstly you have 3 months time to liquidate your Crypto if you want to which again depends whether you are holdng your coins for a long time or not. Secondly suppose the top exchanges like Zebpay, Koinex get closed you will always have P2P exchanges open like Localbitcoins or Remitano. I doubt they will ever close. Also you will might a lot of different payment options there to suite your needs. Also I believe the prices should soar to a premium high on P2P exchanges once the ban will be in place and many exchanges close (worst case scenario)

All my trades need to be verified on the forum. Please send me a PM here first to confirm you are talking to me. Don't deal with anyone impersonating me on telegram.

P.S: I never ask trusted members to go first.
