Hello.

My Payza account been hacked and around 2000 EUR been stolen! Sad

Here are wallets where money been transfered to (Altcoin):

01.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.20474213 BCH: qzj2q6x0nntp2dw768a3z7frsrjgxc0jlyfs0z37np
01.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.40257233728 ETH: 0x006a04d52Ed6F0380e334132d4f97A97Dc7dB966
02.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.9404104736 ETH: 0x006a04d52Ed6F0380e334132d4f97A97Dc7dB966
05.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.54335207 BCH: qpns2v3urqzh4hyp9jm9te8grxektxh2aqv67zdyf9

Unfortunately NO hash provided by Payza.
Unfortunately it was made in early February but I noticed much later and after I asked to get help by Payza support they waste my time over 1 month and finaly wash their hands saying that "we can't recover your funds"...

What can I do to recover money? Or it's useless?

Help needed!

Payza is a shady company with a connection with Egopay. But I did use it for a while storing around $100~ on their site and never had I had any issues with security. I would strongly advise checking out if you've got any security flaws even if you suspect that it has been done by payza on the inside.

The stolen ethereum transactions can be viewed on etherscan. The last two inputs to this address(https://etherscan.io/address/0x006a04d52ed6f0380e334132d4f97a97dc7db966) are the stolen funds.

If that's the address and amount that showed up in your withdrawal history, then it does match up with actual TXIDs.

And no, I don't think you can recover your funds. Sites can't compensate for stolen funds since otherwise people will just keep withdrawing funds and claim that their accounts have been hacked and demanding refunds. Next time whenever you use an online wallet or exchange, enable 2fa.

Also to make matters worse, one of the owner was recently arrested in USA and the other is now a fugitive. I'm waiting for withdraws to bitcoin for 10 days. So EVEN if you were able to get your money back in payza, at this point no one knows if we'll even get money out of payza.

Yeah. Payza is in a mess right now, I would not use it for anything.

The founders of Payza/Alertpay have a very shady past with other payment processors. So it's no surprise now that they are in deep legal trouble that the withdrawals of payments from payza have taken a huge hit as well. If OP does get a refund which he won't, it may be stuck in the system of payza for a long time.

But OP noticed this way too late and was most likely hacked so payza will take no responsibility in the loss of these funds. Transactions already have a ton of confirmations and it would be impossible to try reverse the payments.

OP, reset all of your passwords on your online accounts before your account password may be compromised. You could ask for IP logs for account activity from payza, even though most likely it will not reveal anything important. Always have different and strong passwords for any money related accounts online.

Since they have washed their hands of this, there is hardly anything anybody would do about it. But I need to apportion some blame to you. How can you keep such am amount on a third party site without checking it out only to discover later of the atrocities that has been committed. Even my bank account that is not anyway close to that amount of money is checked to be sure if things are still in play and raise alarm when necessary.

I have read about Payza being shut down by the government a while ago last month to be precise and there is no getting money out of there again. Its a lesson to everyone and I am really sorry for your loss.

2000 EUR is a huge amount and shouldn't be stored on any third party, let alone Payza who has a less than reputable past with their owners and all that drama that has stemmed from it these days with them getting indicted.

Your account probably got hacked, but Payza has indeed washed their hands of this case so you never know. And even though it's just a one sided statement, you do not have any proof that they have any wrongdoings on their side. Which is why storing money with third parties is extremely risky, you have no recourse once you get hacked.

Consider the money to be gone. TXIDs are viewable on the blockchain already payza can't do anything about it.
I have read about Payza being shut down by the government a while ago last month to be precise and there is no getting money out of there again. Its a lesson to everyone and I am really sorry for your loss.

It hasn't been shut down. Payza.eu is still operational but i would certainly not use it.

When payza started to offer crypto wallet service and what are the coins they supports?
About 2 years ago I used payza and it was my favorite payment processor. It is not my favorite anymore after the recent incident.

Everyone should step back from payza until everything settles down. Payza is on RED ALERT at the moment.

@OP.
Sorry for your loss. Most probably you can't recover your funds.

They started supporting Crypto-payouts more than 2 years back. However, not a single soul in the industry ever had a satisfying experience while exchanging their fiat to cryptos on Payza.

Everyone should step back from payza until everything settles down. Payza is on RED ALERT at the moment.
Everyone should have stopped using payza when they started their shady crypto operations.Anyway, the are backed up against the wall now and don't think they have a bright future after all the Government drama.

Maybe they available in alt domain? So it very high risk to use wen their main domain has been seized.

I thought their main domain was payza.eu. Yet thanks for warning. There are so many fishing sites around. Everyone should be cautious when going online.

Payza is a scam. They don't process withdrawals (fiat or bitcoins) anymore. They disappeared with the money.
