The last 2 (IP and estimated amount) are not part of the blockchain, they are proprietory metrics/heuristics by blockchain.info.

You could get side channel informations (e.g. a certain clients encodes it's transactions differently than another one), but currently the blockchain does not contain such info by default. I guess a chain could, after all it is not too hard to store any data in a chain, there is little point for doing this in Bitcoin though.
