We were looking very sceptically  at all the projects that design an unneccessary token economy within their platform just to able to create a utility token. We did not want to confront our users with such an actually unnecesary token. So we decided to tokenize value right to our technology. It was the more difficult way due to worldwide unclear regulation regarding securities, but being based in Switzerland, we think that we found a very good solution for us and our investors that will help Midas to become a success and brings long-term value to its supporters.

module in Midas token, other crypto assets of choice or fiat? --> The shared revenues will not be paid out in Midas but instead in a preferred crypto currency like Ether or Bitcoin. We are also looking into the possibility to pay out Fiat, if desired.

Midas is deploying the Melon protocol as blockchain-based fund management technology. The open source Melon protocol is a modular system that consists of a Melon Core and Melon Modules. While Melon Core sets the basic framework for a fund, the modules represent additional layers that a fund manager might want to add. Midas Technologies AG develops the Midas module that is represented through the Midas Touch function. Whenever a user pushes the Midas Touch the module extracts a small usage fee and thereby generates revenue.

1. Airdrop is already launched. Just signup for our Beta and secure your MDS tokens. We will send them to you as soon as the beta is launched.
2. Bounty campaign will be announced soon
3. Total amount of issued tokens is 100.000.000 MDS
4. Our ICO which we call TGE (Token Generation Event) will be conducted around July. The announcment will come soon, too. Join our Telegram group to stay up-to-date and not miss any announcements
