That's a bit far.. first they need to prove if they're having at least 50% of the amount they're claiming to have by signing a message. Otherwise, they're just a scammer trying to steal the collateral and need to be tagged.

what if don't want to keep my money in crypto ,maybe i keep it in fiat in a bank ,and  i exchange it in crypto at the moment the borrowers collateral is verified ...
i may take a loan at a bank ,in a country with negative interest rate so i can give a loan to you the borrower ...

What country has banks that lend money with negative interest rates?  That's quite fascinating, I really like the idea of it.  If I borrow money from one of these banks, and hold the loan for long enough, the negative interest rate will just pay off the loan eventually.  Why hasn't anyone else thought of this?  Simply amazing.

The escrow will not hold your (fictive) 10 btc, but will hold the collateral until the loan is repayed or defaulted. When the loan is repayed, the escrow will return the collateral to the owner, but if the loan is defaulted, the escrow will return the collateral to you.

Because you are unwilling to use an escrow, this only means that you are attempting a collateral scam. There is no other reason for not using an escrow.

You are now tagged as a scammer for the following reasons:
1. Refuse of using escrow
2. Not able to prove that you have the funds you claim (eg: sign a message from an address containing 10 BTC).

Quite the opposite young man, I do not need a loan and have not asked for a loan. I am more concerned with a newbie sending you something of value then you run away with it.

Escrows on this site hold many multiples more than a measly 10BTC if you were not so new here you would understand that.

your refusal to use escrow means you are a skam man - my tag stands, best of luck trying to do business here now
