I have a list of many bip39 mnemonic words.
I want to move the balance from bitcoin addresses associated with these bip39 mnemonic words.
I would prefer any JS or PHP based script to do this.
Any pointers?

the 12 words are like (these are sample and are not working)

Did you check https://coinomi.com/recovery-phrase-tool.html ?

It links to its source code, including the jsbip39[/url library, a js library implementing bip39.

Hi, I'm just some random software engineer.

Define "many"? I assume too many to simply create wallets in a software wallet like Electrum using your BIP39 mnemonic phrases? Huh

If so, should be relatively easy to feed the list of mnemonics into a Python script to generate addresses, and then use one of the APIs like BlockCypher or Blockchain.info etc to test the addresses for balance and then send any found balance to wherever you want.

Plenty of Python "Bitcoin" libraries available that offer the tools to do this... PyBitcoin, PyBitcoinTools etc

However, I'm not aware of any "off the shelf" scripts that will do all this for you.

You can probably create about 100 wallets in an hour. Unless you're talking about much more than that, I'd go for the easy manual solution.

If you need a lot of seeds per second,  you should use nbitcoin.dll and just make simple generator with php.
