Good day! You can't just start an ICO without sufficient knowledge my friend. You can look for team members who can help you with that. Those who have excellent skills and experience and expertise. Provided you already have budget and the ideas to start your program. Anyways good luck! Who knows I'll be joining your project someday.

Start Googling how smart contracts are working.
Check the Service section of the forum - there are people offering everything - from writing your WP to writing your smart contract and promote the ICO...

What?? you want to start an ICO eventhough you don't know on how to code? Do you think people will just interested for a token which is unknown? and dev is so lousy? Well maybe ICO running will not suit for you since you are not knowledgable about it and maybe you are just been amazed to the money got by those Huge ICO companies. Try to research for another things like joining on bounty camp since you will possibly earn huge money on here without doing some technical works.

Please dont do it there is enough SCAM already,i heart random people on internet thinking about starting their own cryptocurrency asking how difficult is to get on exchange Maybe they are desperate because market declined ? So they are trying this way but this this will not bring trust to crypto.

It's very easy, you can recruit many members in this forum in accordance with his expertise. I'm sure the members here have a good professional level. It's not a problem, find a team of programmers and other people that you'll need to promote your project and communicate with your community. Open any ICO page or Whitepaper, you'll see that all of them have big teams. Sometimes really big. And I've never seen a CEO who is a programmer at the same time, so everything is fine.
