Oi pessoal,

Esse post é uma organização pública da galera que foi prejudicada no caso do Bitcoinrain (que teve uma conexão direta com o Mercado Bitcoin), estes são os usuários do fórum que reportaram em posts que investiram no Bitcoinrain. Agora, é importante saber quantos investimentos cada um tem e fazemos uma comparação com o número de investimentos que estão sendo pagos todo mês. Porque? Assim nós temos mais informações e nos esforçamos um pouco mais para se unir e encontrar por nós mesmos a transparência que todos querem e Leandro César, fundador do Mercado Bitcoin e do Bitcoinrain não nos fornece. Talvez voces conheçam outros usuários que também investiram no Rain e queiram contribuir informações.

Eu sou CONTRA ação judicial, acredito que uma comunidade pode tomar conta de si mesmo sem ajuda do governo. Conheço gente que deveu bastante dinheiro pra bastante gente por anos, e no final honraram as suas dívidas. Não importam as razões, ninguém pode julgar as razões. No meu círculo de amigos e família tem alguns casos de dívida. Pra mim, acho dificil que uma ação judicial traga os seus Bitcoins de volta, vai sim é atrair sanguessugas que vão sugar o dinheiro (em moeda fiuciária) de todo mundo.

Espero que vocês entendam que o meu interesse aqui é incentivar a união dos prejudicados para buscar por mais transparência nesse caso. E incentivar mais a razão em vez de emoção. A união. Eu também tenho dezenas de milhares de dólares para receber.

This topic is a public organization of the people harmed in this Bitcoinrain case (that had a direct conexion with Mercado Bitcoin). Here is one list of people are reported that they had investiments at Bitcoinrain. Now it is important to know how many investiments each one of the involved people has and we could compare with the number of investiments that are being paid every month. Why? Because like that we get more information about the case and we can evolve to campaign more to find ourselves the transparency that everyone wants and Leandro Cesar, founder of Mercado Bitcoin and Bitcoinrain isn´t able to give. Maybe you know some other forum (or not forum) users that also invested at Bitcoinrain and wanna share information to help.

I am AGAINST a lawsuit, i believe that the comunity can take care of themselves without government help. I know people which owed a lot of money to a lot of people for years, and at the end they repaid their debts. Nobody can jugde their reasons to be in debt. In my circle of family and friends there are some cases about debt. It is not a Lawsuit that will bring your Bitcoins back, instead, it will atract bloodsuckers that will suck everybody´s fiat currency off.

I hope you understand that my interest here is to encourage the union of the harmed in order to find more transparency on this case. And encourage the reason instead of the emotion. To be together instead of divided. I have also in this case tens of thousands of dollars to receive.

Ola Thiago, faz sentido, deixa que eu edito, desculpe, acho melhor deixar em Ingles por que percebi que tem varios usuarios internacionais do Bitcoinrain que a gente nao conhece e que nós poderíamos chamar a atenção deles com uma thread bilingue. E quanto a vc, quantos investimentos tinha no Rain (todos sabemos mais ou menos quantas coins, mas aqui, por enquanto nao estamos falando de valores)

This is not only a brazilian scam, this is international conman acting and he is a known person.

Anyone from USA should be contacting the authorities, the bitcoinrain.com site was hosted at amazon cloud infrastructure and they are willing to help if there is an official claim.

Bem conseguimos localizar ate agora pelo menos 79 Investimentos dos 280, (Apenas um dos reportados disse nao saber ao certo quantos investimentos tinha - Tradefortress) mas ele tem no minimo 1 entao eu coloquei la na lista. Porfavor reportar se vcs conhecerem mais pessoas envolvidas, Obrigado!

Com o preço do bitcoin atualmente, o volume do MB (2 milhões esse mês), tem que ter uma boa cobertura dos pagamentos amanhã, com pessoas vindo aqui deixar uma mensagem etc. ;-)

I know people which owed a lot of money to a lot of people for years, and at the end they repaid their debts. Nobody can jugde their reasons to be in debt. Well, one thing is debt between family and friends, where a lawsuit could ruin a friendship and stuff and you kinda know why they're not paying, cause they're either struggling to have money, they don't have the time to get at you or maybe they're just sloppy and forgot about it. And for the sake of the relation you won't go further

But that doesn't seem to be the case with Leandro, I could be wrong since I'm not following it from the begining, but It sure looks a lot like a scam and you need to keep in mind that he ain't friend of y'all, he owns a business and is just looking for profits. It is your right to have all your questions explained.
Since this is not happening, you should, as a comunity, seek legal measures

Uma coisa é ignorar divida de amigos e familia, em que uma acao judcial prejudicaria o relacionamento, e normalmente você sabe o pq de nao te pagarem, mesmo por tras das desculpas.

The debt i ve mentioned was not just among family members or friends but among other people as well (actually the largest amount of debt was among people OUT of the family circle, i m talking of more money then those people were able to pay - during years). I guess everybody that is intellingent enough knows how our monetary system is build upon: DEBT! There is just not enough money for everybody in this system, if all the debts will be payed all the money within the system is gone and there is just debts left. Bitcoin is a game changer, "out of the box" technology, it has the potential to change all that shit. I m not giving up so easily from the opinion that a lawsuit is even more harmful in this case.

A dívida que eu mencionei não era apenas entre membros da família ou amigos, mas entre outro grupo de pessoas também (de certo, o maior montante de dívida era entre pessoas FORA do círculo familiar, estou falando de uma quantidade de dinheiro que essas pessoas não tinham a capacidade de pagar - durante anos). Eu sei que aqueles que fizeram o dever de casa e a devida pesquisa sabem como o nosso sistema monetário é construído: Em cima de dívida! Não existe dinheiro suficiente no sistema para todo mundo, se todas as dívidas forem pagas todo o dinheiro dentro do sistema se foi e só restam dívidas. Bitcoin é uma possibilidade de mudança, uma tecnologia de quem pensa "fora da caixa", tem o potencial de mudar toda aquela porcaria. Não vou tão facilmente desistir da minha opinião de que uma ação judicial pode ser ainda mais prejuicial nesse caso.

Mesmo que ele tenha perdido 90% das moedas com o hack, com essa alta de mais de 1000% dos últimos 6 meses já teria dado e ainda sobrado para pagar todo mundo.

Sugiro meter ele na justiça logo antes que esfrie mais ainda.

Eu estou com uma idéia para dar mais credibilidade à lista, mas preciso da ajuda de todos: vou colocar ao lado no nome do usuário a data da última atualização do mesmo, ou seja a última vez que esse usuário reportou se foi pago ou não. Então gente, porfavor se vocês forem pagos (ou não) porfavor reportem. A omissão prejudicará o grupo. Se a gente se ajudar fica mais fácil encontrar mais transparência.

I have an idea to make this list stronger with more credibility, but i need help from all: i ll put in the side of your name the date of the last update of this user, in other words, the last time this user reported if he or she was payed. So, dear friends, please if you were payed (or not) please report. The omission may be harmful for the group. If we help each other it will be easier to find transparency.
