Bitcoin exchanges like Bittrex and Poloniex, they let you open an account, deposit, trade but they don't let you withdraw.

Casinos like this know that most people will lose 100% of their deposits so if they did mandatory KYC before deposits, they would generate alot less revenue hence they only do KYC after you try a withdraw; I don't think its fair at all.

not only it is not fair,it is borderline scammy practices,almost all online casinos are trying to pull it off nowadays
they put some small print in their TOS as vague as possible,something like:

Turns out that it looks like a scam site, if you ask me. I also deposited a small amount when I saw this and they delayed my

withdrawal. I never received the withdrawal and they also never replied to my queries. I see my password is also not working

now, so I guess they locked my account. I am not really bothered with this, because I will never go back there again.

Arent you aware on each gambling site terms when it comes to your deposits and its current wager requirement? You cant use up easily a gambling site to make it as a wallet which you can deposit and pull out as you like.
You will really need to wager before you can pull out because other people do make use gambling sites or other service to mixed up coins and withdraw immediately.This isnt really a valid reason.

Gambling sites do have different rules to withdrawal. and correct, gambling sites are not wallets that can deposit and withdraw them at any time. if look at the screenshot, then correct you indeed still haven't reached the requirements that must be achieved to make a withdrawal. I think it is the same thing as FJ which is they do not want their site to become a address mixer, but in FJ, after complete a 2x wagering amount you are free of charge on their fee. Mean while to have 15x wagering amount just to withdraw, this is too much to handle. May be need to ask then to lower the wagered amount here. Unless they do this, no one want to play on their site

Yes they can modify their ToS without notice however they need to inform you of the changes. They just can't change it without our knowledge and say "This was our rule all a long"
