Oh, it’s definitely more than just that. In fact, way more. gigtricks pro is a part of the gigtricks ecosystem, it is a platform for people to showcase their skills and expertise but what sets it apart is that the profiles and resumes would be verified under the gigtricks blockchain.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Pro is not only for profiles, clients would also be able to view skills’ ratings the freelancer/professional has to offer. I think that will greatly ease up the hiring process for us entrepreneurs.

Blockchain? I didn’t know we could use freelancing works for this purpose too, guess its implications are way more than we initially imagined. Cool.

Blockchain and all the skills’ ratings and verification sounds cool and interesting but is it only me who doesn’t quite get how would it all work? Am I missing out on something?

Just read the whitepaper. So, it’s all fully automated! That further decreases the chances of any scam, nice going GigTricks!

True, this opens a new world for freelancers doesn’t it? Freelancers would no longer have to worry about not getting full compensation in exchange for their hard work.

That’s all very true but what if someone doesn’t pass the skill set correctly? I mean it’s very much possible that the person might get someone else to do their test for them.

a project that is very nice and offers a very interesting concept, hopefully with hard work done all the team, later will give satisfactory results.

Or they could do that again and again until they’re perfect in that test and get the highest score, sure the inability to perform at actual projects would be a downer but the skills’ rating would still be false.

Hello, no one is missing out on anything, it all is a bit complicated Smiley. Currently, most professional profile platforms have no verification mechanism which truly validates the skill mentioned in any profile. To overcome a possible scam in terms of mentioning skills and expertise, GigTricks has formulated a skill test. For example, if a graphic designer indicates “Adobe Photoshop” as a skill set in his GigTricks Pro profile, then a test will appear which contains multiple choice questions as well as qualitative questions which would be checked and analysed by various algorithms. These algorithms will be tasked with correctly scoring the test and provide an accurate skill rating. If a person passes the test, then the overall score will be assigned to his skill which can later be verified by anyone within the GigTricks system.

Come to think of that, that’s very much possible. Does GigTricks have a way to overcome that?

As a potential buyer at the GigTricks platform and most probably an investor in the pre-sale, I want to be clearer on my concepts about GigTricks and its various features. What exactly is the process for selecting participants for incentivized voting?

Hi Smiley, each of your concerns are valid and we’re glad we’ve such alert and on guard prospective customers. Each time a professional adds a skill to their GigTricks Pro profile, they will pay a small skill fee using GigBit Tokens. The fees per skill are kept to a minimum in order to encourage people to build their online Blockchain based profiles. However, using a fee structure will strongly deter any spam or non-serious persons, thus drastically reducing the likelihood of on boarding low-quality freelancers.

Well, from what I read in the whitepaper, the participants will be randomly selected once a dispute has initiated and they will vote.

So any person on the GigTricks ecosystem might be subject to be selected for voting? And they’d have to vote?

No, it’s not that. Only certain numbers of top performing buyers and sellers would be chosen, random of course. But not the whole lot, only the top buyers and sellers.

well you are right partially that random voters will be selected but these selected people will also have the choice to either accept and participate in the voting process or simply reject the offer.

Ah. I think that’s probably all selected people will be based on the number of Gigbit Tokens they purchased ... just a thought

not true at all, gigtricks has already mentioned the criteria by which they are going to select the voters in their whitepaper you are just being a pessimist

Okay, seems understandable enough. I really think I should go through the whitepaper at least once. I’m still completely unaware of so many things GigTricks has to offer.
