Hi guys,

My name is Everton Melo, I'm entusiasta Free Software and cryptocurrencies.

I would like to know what it takes to create a new repository in the Bitcoin core project in github?
https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin

in my opinion it is necessary to convert( I'm doing this right now) the original whitepaper to the Latex structure.

with LateX we can revise translations very easily, propose adaptations and verify errors.

the official site:

www.bitcoin.org

Has support english and others 25 languages.( for FAQs )
But Technical Documentation only english.

and the white paper:
Has the Languages: inglish, italian, spanish, Swedish and Russian.

Because only that?
there are many other languages:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

31 October 2018, the Satoshi's white paper will be 10 years old.

Let's celebrate it with as much of it as we can. or just with a small group?

let's make multi-language support official!

Who's with me?
