https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoinin my opinion it is necessary to convert( I'm doing this right now) the original whitepaper to the Latex structure.
with LateX we can revise translations very easily, propose adaptations and verify errors.

www.bitcoin.org Has support english and others 25 languages.( for FAQs )
But Technical Documentation only english.
and the white paper:
Has the Languages: inglish, italian, spanish, Swedish and Russian.
Because only that?
