I checked and currently there are no miners in the pool (http://kepl.hashpool.frl/#), no hashrate in the network.
So, my question is, when I can mine the coin? Which day the coin start in the main net?

I have mined other Cryptonight algorithm coins without such issue.

Are you using Cryptonight v7? which miner?
