This topic may sound vulgar, but I really need advice and motivation from you, I have 8 years addicted to PMO (Pornography, Masturbation and Orgasm), I sangt difficult to remove this bad habits from myself, how powerful way to eliminate this habit?

You should switch to something else, to get passion (hobby or smth) just not to think about your addiction
