There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Dont worry. There is a very low chance that it will get rejected. All you have to do is wait! There is less than 1% that coingig will be able to pull of rejecting that transaction.

Some companies only process transactions twice daily for security reasons, I would say if it isn't in your walltet after 24hrs to contact them.

Its nothing to do with that. The company had already sent the money, but it's not confirmed.

Sometimes if the transaction doesn't make it into the blockchain, and it just gets returned to the owner in some time. It should be in the blockchain though since it already showed up in your balance.

Wait and complain to them for not including a fee.

- snip -
complain to them for not including a fee.

And tell them that you refuse to use their service (or to recommend it to anyone else) any more until they institute a policy of paying proper transaction fees.

sadly with no transaction fee it gets pushed to the bottom of the list it will be in a block with either a few transactions or where 2 blocks get mined very close together. it could take a while
