What happened to Nilu during last 2 weeks?

1-    The community voted for a new reward share model for Nilu 2.0 (POW/POD). The reward will split equally between the miners and the depositors.
2-    A new version of the iOS APP published. This new version supports user-made token transfers.
3-    Working on a Chinese enable version of Android APP, which will be available during this iteration.
4-    We ran two test bounty campaigns on Twitter and Weibo. The rewards will be paid by the settlement API until tomorrow. We also expose API documents during this iteration.
5-    We made some changes to MetaBank architecture. The new version of the code is available on GitHub now. You can read more on review segment of NIP-1. This new version is more community oriented and we will have more flexibility. I will prepare a document to describe the new architecture for non-developers.

Main Dev tasks for next 2 weeks

1-    Publishing new version of Nilu core delayed from the previous iteration. This new version (Nilu 2.0) will publish in this iteration.
2-    Publishing a new android version.
3-    Working on the new iOS version.
4-    Keeping contact with the community, especially miner pool owners, about migration to Nilu 2.0.
5-    In the case of full success in item 4, we can go for POD hardfork.
6-    Exposing settlement API (backend API for social bots)

You can deposit in MetaBank by sending a transaction to the bank address:
0x8e50150e3861a985542a0caf581bdf35a3f85ddc, in addition you can simply scan QR code on MetaBank page (https://meta.nilu.tech/bank) by your mobile wallet.

How can I check my bank account status?
Using MetaBank webpage (https://meta.nilu.tech/bank), you can find your:
•    POD Balance (the amount of the deposit that gain benefit)
•    Waiting deposit (the amount that will be added to POD balance on the next round)
•    Waiting withdraw (the amount that will settle to your wallet on the next round)
•    Total paid (total amount that paid to you, both by withdraw or as the benefit)


What is the minimum deposit amount?
50,000 Ɲ, if you send less than this amount, your transaction will fail. If you already paid equal or more than 50,000 Ɲ, you can pay less amount and your new payments will add to your previous balance on the next round.
If you deposit equal or more than 50,000 Ɲ but withdraw some amount and decrease your bank balance to less than 50,000, you will get no reward on the next rounds. In this situation, your deposits will remain in the temporary section.

What is the process of profit share?
At the end of each round, about 120,000 Ɲ shared between bank depositors based on their shares in total deposits of the bank. Each depositor will gain her profits on her depositor wallet address.

How can I withdraw my coins from the bank?
You should call the “withdraw” method with the “amount” as the parameter from MetaBank smart contract. Alternatively, you can simply use your mobile wallet (the next version which will be available on the next week) and scan withdraw QR code on the bank web page.

What happened to Nilu during last 2 weeks?
 
1-    Nilu forked to Nilu 2.0 successfully on block number 1,000,000
2-    MetaBank successfully started on block number 1,006,800
3-    A new version of Android app is available on Google play and GitHub now. In this new version, MetaBank depositors can send withdrawal request. (I will publish the instruction)
4-    The new version of the iOS app is almost ready for publishing and will be available during this week.
5-    Based on a naming campaign on Weibo for Nilu’s Chinese name “麋鹿” selected by the community. 1 Eth, 30 EOS and 4000 Nilu paid to the campaign winner and campaign participants.
6-    Coinoah team are working on listing Nilu on their exchange. Because of some changes on their side, it takes some time but we hope to see Nilu on Coinoah during this iteration. Listing on Coinoah, will help our community members from China to trade Nilu easily.
