I said highest chance because if you have 1% chance to win any prize selling all 4000 tickets, if we sell for example 3251 tickets the round starts and you have more chance to win any prize because there are less tickets that could win.

if the round doesn't start we obiusly refund all tickets, but this happen rarely, we often sell more than 3250 tickets.

if we would scam you we wouldn't have 7$ tickets but we would fix 1ETH for one ticket as "Ethereum Sweepstakes" does.

Well lottery is the best and simple way to get people to your site and buy money but question is why should we trust you?

How long you been doing this business and do you even have the funds to pay the winners? Who all have you been associated in the past with?

Can you escrow the funds here with a reputable escrow guy, I don't feel that people will just buy the lottery we need loads of proof.

So you'll have to give proof waiting to see what you give.

In our wallet we have a large amount of bitcoins, but anyway the prizes are paid by tickets bought.
We use our funds only if we sell few tickets but more of 3250 (tickets that we need to start the round).

Yes with tickets bought so you mean thst you do not hold fund just to refund players here. Btw 3250 tickets is pretty huge amount to get, do you even think that number of tickets will be sold if you have some red trust on your account? This must be some joke, and we still can't believe if you really refund all of our money or not. 3k tickets is pretty big amount to be ran off so if only you can prove this may be I will try it later on

This project could of been big and worked but with shady action such as this you only hurt yourself and your business.

You should of launched the lottery and given people free tickets and ran it on alpha/beta for a few weeks/months of testing.

Then you should of went live and maybe introduced some bonuses for new members.

Then when your lottery grew you could of made a signature campaign and it would of done well.

But the way you handled everything so far tells me it's headed the wrong path.
