For plagiarizing other author's work:

But rather than throttle virtual currencies and the innovations they might spawn, the government has let them develop, within parameters. Last March it passed the “virtual-currency act”, declaring that they are assets and can be used for payments. The financial-services authority has granted licences to 11 exchanges, to reduce the risk of fraud. Japan has always headed for innovations))))

I have analyzed the quote, haven't I? I also added "I have read about" referring this is not my idea.

Maybe you need to the difference between referring to something and copying the same exact thing
As mod said you either should have mentioned the source or at least written in your own words here you just added few words in the starting of the post and copied exactly the same content from the article

No, that's total plagiarism.  You didn't say where you got that content from, you just copy-pasted it into your post--and that's a permaban.

If you can't tell by reading a post whether the words are from another source, that's stealing.  It should be very clear that you're quoting someone when you write a post, and what you wrote hear totally isn't.
