Of late,Legend Sylonhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=112240 takes things for granted when it comes to we investing in his recommeded ICOs, He set a high standard and rules but he fails to follow and do dilligent check up on ICOs. I have followed him since I joined this forum last october and I can give you instances where he endorses  programs that look scam or fraud. I am going to give instances:
1. I purchase Nebeus tokens last november, of 500$, that it will be used to fund the platfrom for loans. The tokens are still siting in my account. The platfrom is working, no communication from development team, The platform for loans is not willing to accept the tokens on the platform neither do we know the way forward. Reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2238140.0
2. VV tokens, I spent 1 Eth, yet nothing is coming from the team: Reference:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2242467.0
3. Tor Q- All.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2416401.0. It turns out is fraud.
4. STochus: I don't know my fate, weather that will also be a scam. I spent 2 ETh, If next month, nothing is heard, then I am scammed again. reference:

There are a lot of programs that legends and higher members are endorsing and we take that as a reliable because of the rank of campaing managers, yet we get scammed, and they come tell us, we should deal with the technical team direct, after they have collected their fees in Ether or Bitcoins.
I call on all bitcointalk community to help us retrived our funds. Now it seems easy for scammers to defruad us through higher members bounty campaing managers on this forum.
If Thymos and his colleague are setting up a merit system to check this forum, then they should introduce something to check high members that collaborating with scammers to dupe us. Look at Atrizhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=135920, a famous bounty manager recently confessed that he used a marketing strategy to help scammers duped us here and he received a negative trust from legend Lauda https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=135920.

In conclusion , Higher members serving as bounty managers is not a guarantee that a campaign is devoid from scam. Thank you .

Well, we really lack the credibility of managers here. All cant be Yahoo.
Bounty Management has gone so low that Managers starts from asking 0.5 BTC for the entire campaign and stops at hooking the deal for 3 ETH. The fact is that if you are getting 3 ETH for a campaign ( 1800$ ) then you obviously will need 5-6 campaign to get a good pay in terms of ETH. This process of Binge Campaigning leads to reckless selection of projects, I don't know what parameters they select while selecting a campaign.[1]
