Hey,

Ahrefs is a complete backlinks analysis tool, it uses big data to do data analysis. I saw today a report that shows the amount of sites that are mining crypto through scripts.

The vast majority of scripts are from Coinhive

The survey looked at 175 million domains and found 23,872 websites running these scripts

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Gotta fight fire with fire, if Adblockers are on the rise then how will websites run?

All for it! Good to see, but will make Monero progressively more difficult as CoinHive's popularity keeps expanding.

Merit me or don't.

Yeah i really don't get adblockers or miningblockers. It seems like people are just being greedy with their computers. Is it really so bad to GIVE a website, from whom you are TAKING information from, some of your computing power? or perhaps some adspace on your screen? Granted that some people really abuse ads and post a shit-ton of them, greed is all i see.
