how to manage losses?

When I get a loss, then of course I am disappointed. However, I am trying to let the taste of disappointment I don't get dragged on. Normally I would soon move on. If the loss with one coin, then will I try to cover the losses with other coins. This is important as we have many types of coins. So don't panic if it suffered losses because one type of coin.

Feeling stressful after losing so much money is normal. However, we can not be in that bad condition at all.
IN my last loss, I couldn't manage it very well. I only read the thread in this bitcoin forum where actually there are many people who also experienced the same. But, they still survive and move tot he better condition by analyzing the lost. Here, I started with some day-relaxing wit vacation and then I only tried to re-manage my strategy about investing or trading in crypto to avoid losing for much money.

Your stress levels will vary depending on how you lost that money, most of my money is in bitcoin which means I lost a lot when it went down but it was not my fault and I still got profits so my stress is very low but if someone bought bitcoin at 20000 then that person is the responsible of his situation and his stress is very high.

If I have a huge loss in my portfolio I didn't sell it and wait for a green market to come back. I also buy on the deep  if I have a  spare of funds so when the market turns to green I can  recover my loses immediately.

I think working much harder is the thing that you can do to manage the losses because it is really hard to do that because since you put tour efforts to it then it will hurt you knowing that you lost something.

My loss management system is a proactive diversification system. I hold my winners and never sell my loser, but the diversification prevents my losers from ever being a significant loss. Can be slower, sure, but i think it has lower risk.
