When the price of tokens you hold goes down it doesn't necessarily means losses for you. Real losses happen when you don't have those tokens anymore. To prevent your portfolio from falling low you need to hold several different coins.

yes at least a little better to lose the token price than to lose the token because we can save it until the price rises again, but still a big loss with what we sacrifice to collect tokens by spending a lot of time and capital. what I will do to avoid this is that I will be more efficient in holding quality coins and will take more time to sell, don't keep it too long because the market is difficult to predict.

Diversification of your portfolio does not help when the whole market is declining and it will
affect you anyway. If you invested in good projects than there is no reason for panic as you
do not lose anything until you do not sell.

You just need to play smart in cryptos. Cryptocurrency have high volatility. Which means there is always 50:50 probability of profit and loss. To minimize the risk factor you just need to do one thing. First study about the coins in which you are going to invest. Second never invest in single coin. Always make balanced portfolio. Invest in minimum 2-3 coins to minz the risk factor. This is the only way to reduce risk percentage.

The best way not to reduce risk is to refuse to invest in risky assets at all/invest last money or big amounts of money without an experienced investor. Investing without knowledge and experience means to lose all your money.

how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
thanks in.advance..

Yes, here our stress tolerance influences more. Some players watch the stock exchange every day and every time they get stuck. Just if there is a big loss for a Tokin, I make a decision within a few days.

Real losses can only be in the event that you sell coins at a fallen price. Until you sold your coins - this is called a reduction in the amount of assets.

I don’t see anything complicated here, I understand you, many are now suffering losses, but you shouldn’t get upset, you need to make up your financial portfolio of really unpromising tokens to sell and invest in what any profit can give

Difficult process of managing losses. If you have not sold the crypto currencies that you hold, you will not lose anything. Wait for the price to rise. Keep in mind that in the past, people with high prices have earned profits. Losing money is bad. But it is terrible to give up the struggle.

Using stop losses is one of the best way to manage losses but most of the time we are blinding by our emotions and our huge belief that if the coin falls it will still go up.

I did not invest all my money to invest long in crypto money. I keep most of my capital in different investment instruments. But if the bull market comes, I would like to trade crypto money with more money to the crypto market. I never panic about the missing.

If you buy ETH, you just hold it. Waiting for prices to rise again. If you buy altcoins, If the price is low, you must sell the stop loss in time.

It seems to me that there is a lot of information on the network that teaches to evaluate risks, but the most important rule has not been canceled, the most important thing is to understand that you can lose money very quickly and invest it in the same way as as if they were already lost.

In order not to have disorders, nervous breakdowns you have to invest as much as you allow yourself to lose. So you don't waste your nerves.  After all, such moments can be a lot and you just do not have enough health every time to experience losses.

The best way to avoid losses when trading, which I know is to limit the size of a trading position. This, of course, is many times better than the stop loss. Using stop - loss you can become easy prey for large players who can easily turn the price against your position. But if you are not engaged in margin trading and your trading volume is small.

Well losing cash can be very sad in crypto, but there are sometimes you loose or you gain huge profit, in order to appreciate the good days, then you must experience the bad days, I have experience in gambling though am not into that anymore but that has giving me leverage of handling stress when it comes loosing cash.

Yes, trading sometimes resembles a gamble. But I think that should be avoided. This should be taken as a kind of work. And you are right that negative emotions from trading are part of our work. We can not constantly make a profit. That is life.
