If you want to secure your cryptocurrency then here are few tips to keep your assets safe.

1. Securing a Wallet is similar to securing your personal data on the computer. You have to be aware of links, advertisement, any type of attachment etc. which appears when a browser is being suffered.

2. Always create backups of your cryptocurrency wallets. So, that it will let you restore your wallet if in case your laptop or cell phone gets stolen.

3. Opening an account to buy cryptocurrency? Set up a unique E-mail id that you’re going to use for that account and never share that id with anyone.

4. Encrypt your whole device in which you are going to use cryptocurrency wallet. Make sure you have the best anti-virus installed on your device and keep it up to date including anti-malware and anti-ransomware.

5. Set up a really hard and long password where it is only able to recover from a piece of paper that you control.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

First of all - your altcoins are your altcoins only in that case if you have private keys from your wallet. So automatically - altcoins that are on exchange are not yours, they belong to exchange.
Another suggestion - never use browser extensions. You may got the best wallet protection but lost your private key by using such extensions to log in.

What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?
Anything on the web are vulnerable on hackers attack. This includes tokens and coins in our online wallets. But to get rid of it take some safety measures for yourself, first,  don’t ever entertain any email that contains links that maybe a phising site and also never ever let your private key known by other users or leave it unattended ( posting it in any thread or put it in wallet address box).
to keep ALtcoin and make it the main coin in considerable profits is good enough to use it as a major coin that continuously generates much greater profits from year to year. by storing it on a very secure and profitable trust wallet. and the level of security is indeed the main benchmark.

What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?

Prevention is always the best cure. Play it safe as always. Make sure you connect to safe networks or any network in particular that you fully understand and know that it is safe. Next is always have your wallets secured or make sure it is by paper. Paper is unhackable.

For me, the most effective method of protection is the use of professional software better known as antivirus, which provides protection against all suspicious inputs from the outside, which will detect and remove all types of malicious software from the computer.

What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?

Maybe it depends on how you can handle your belongings such as your account. Protecting it with all of the ways that you can such as maybe holding a document maybe in microsoft word or excel and put a password on it before someone can open it. In that way you can easily manipulate your things with your own security. In that way as well you can protect your altcoin or account from getting hacked by professional hackers.

If you have your altcoins in such places like MEW, you have as much as possible keep your private keys away from the internet, make sure you are on the right website before unlocking your account. If you have your coins in exchanges, it's best to use additional security features offered, like 2fa.

Paper is the most secure really... As long as you don't lose the paper.... But it also takes the longest to thaw it out! Shocked

One option for you is to create different paper wallets for all of those coins, like many people above me have suggested. This can be especially useful if you're planning on holding these coins for a long period of time. However, it might also be a good idea to get all of those coins' wallets on a SD card or USB stick and transfer the coins to them. It would be easier to access them that way. Grin

Here are some suggestions for you to protect your crytocurrency:
1. It is important to select an exchange that is not only flexible and easy to use but also reputable and secure. Try to follow the news. If industry leaders disengage from a project it should be a worrying signal. Repeated technical problems and strange policies are additional points of concern. Bitcoin withdrawal difficulties will always be a red flag also.
2. Mobile users may take advantage of Google authenticator with a single IP in its whitelist, which should be the VPN to access the online exchange.
3. Do create backups. Kept in a secure place, a backup of your cryptocurrency wallet may save you from hardware failures and a lot of human slipups. It will also let you restore your wallet in case your PC or telephone gets stolen.
4. Encrypting the wallet or your hole device enables you to create a password for those attempting to take out any money. 5. Securing your software wallet is similar to protecting any data on your computer. You have to be a little more paranoid while browsing the Internet, clicking on links and email attachments. first of all.. don't watch porn  Cool

secondly, don't keep all your eggs in one place. scatter it around as it is harder to crack all your accounts empty but as many, you can't quit watching porn, some of your keys-passwords will be stolen anyways  Roll Eyes
