I'm really happy with this design. Looking good on a page and as a favicon!
Did you consider changing that gold/yellow colour to red on menus and highlights?

This logo is by far the best logo you made yet, IMHO. Good job. Love the process shot, too. It's nice that you start your designs of with paper sketches. |
