I believe yes, probably because market is falling and competency is growing. It is harder to collect full amount for 1 project, but in terms of whole ICO market, total collections are still growing!

Absolutely, this is because of the coins in a market have already developed into many kinds of platforms and continuesly booming plus addition of the tokens that soon to be launch for making there service that supports each other coins establishing showing there own uniqueness making the competency is growing and market is falling.

I think its gonna be the same as 2017 . People say 2017 was the year of Ico's and looks like 2018 is kinda bad for Ico's , but if people see really good project with team that have known background in crypto then project got filled pretty fast with funds . What would happen with Ether price if there would not be Ico's? :/

Although, a first, it was a bit challenging for some ICOs, to the point that some of them had to postpone their ICO after the pre-ICO. Presently, ui seen some of them have good sale, which means there are many that would have done well as well.

I think after this month  in this time most ICO will also get benefit to get listed higher compare to their ICO price . And starting of June market will come back again in bullish zone and all coins will make new ATH also . So ICO will success or not that also depends on market sentiment. So its better to wait for 1-2 monthn to invest in ICO.

I think we must talk about each ico separately. There too much projects that the head goes round. Too much projects that came to the market with the only aim : to grab money and disappear, they are not interested in Blockchain at all, they just using its hype to make money. But I hope the other one who came here for developing this structure will stay alive and change our future

I think so. A lot of scams have made it hard even for genuine people and developers to release their projects. Investors who have lost their finances have no way of gaining back their investments. I think it will get harder every year from now for ICOs. ICO these days are all based on money, money for promotion, money for getting ICO reviews and ratings, even crypto exhange listings. This is really heartbreaking.

Yes, everything is possible. But the past six months the situation for the ICO is not the best, many do not collect money,while others  falls in price after output, so ICO in this market is very difficult.

Yes, this is a very bad year for medium and weak projects. Strong projects will collect hardcap in any market condition. People in the falling market are afraid to invest their money in the ico, because the price immediately falls on the stock exchange.

It is difficult to say somehing with big confidence about that ,we are now at the middle of the year and many project  have successfully completed their ICOs and many more are ongoing and coming soon.I think this year will be good for some of the ICOs.

my opinion, ICO is still very profitable, some ICOs even make their investors rich in, in my opinion, not because of ICO, but it is because of the developers and some ICO just because of personal interests of the developers.
