Do you have any good reason to believe that the ICO market is going to grow this year?

the proportion of real ico is dwindling. for me it looks like the ico market is currently shrinking. only the share of ico fraud seems to be rising. so i say 2018 is bad for ico because the fraudsters have overrun the ico market. hopefully 2019 will be better for the ico market with more investors and less fraudsters.

This year will be bad for all cryptocurrencies not only for ICOs. Maybe ICOs are more interesting for investors this year than the year before .

This is the worst year for ICO projects. Although there are too many ICOs this year couple with the unfavourable market condition which make things even worser for the ico projects.

No icos isn't interested anymore because too many icos with similiar concept appear now and if you following the icos since early year you already know too many icos are drop from ico price when entering the market.

I think its already running pretty bad for them because many ICOs are unable to even fulfill their SoftCap. So ICos are having some hard time, but projects that are unique and having a strong message and teams are still performing good. But due to the market being red, many new investors are frightened to invest.

It will grow to be more worthless and full of scams.

One huge lesson people should take away from this year so far is that nothing lasts forever.
The miracle days of flipping an ICO for quick, easy profit are over.
Most companies doing ICOs this year are already late to the party.
The vast majority of them are just copying what other companies have already successfully done last year.

Now, they are all suffering, after all, the market has had very little volume and huge bearish sentiments.

I really wonder about a new businesses competency if they think starting a new company in these conditions a good choice.
I don't think it shows they know what they are doing.
On top of that, a lot of icos still asking for 20 to 30M?

theres so many ICOS suffer in 2018 and fail to reach the softcap plus so many ICOS that simply take investors money and disappear , right now is not a good year to invest on ICOS , i prefer to buy somes coin on the market for investment

The fact is that because of the large number of fraudsters, the ico market loses its investment attractiveness. New investors preferred buying coins on the exchange, and not at the time of selling the tokens.

This year is so bad for ISO projects that maybe it can be the last year for ISO, because most good projects havent even reached the softcap despite being really good projects

It seems so. Because there are so many new coin projects that end up scam, there are also those who when listed in the market the price is far from the initial target, and tends to be cheaper. This year I was more careful in choosing new coin projects to invest because I did not want to experience significant losses.
