Creating a P2P network of video streaming will be difficult but possible given the advancement in the blockchain technology. Users are looking for an alternative for the current centralized institutions that are too big to fail. I think that with the growing market size of the video streaming industry, we are bound to see many more disruptive technologies in the near future.
