I assume coinpot is some kind of online wallet?
I doubt that you'll get much response from them here, as this board is primarily meant for the discussion of the technicalities of bitcoin, not really services/companies.

Move it to something like Service Discussion.

Also, by "not going into your wallet account", what exactly do you mean? That it ( the transaction) never reached it's destination ( unconfirmed), or that your balance simply doesn't update?

1. Is sending wallet coin supported that you send?
2. Be sure that Your giving address is ok.
3. If there is 2FA code please do it.
4. If there is email verification do it.
5. Is your account is verified by your name that the exchanger can identify you.

They don't have an active official thread, so I don't think commenting on the unofficial thread will help much. But looking at the unofficial thread, there seems to be a ton of problems with Coinpot right now and support isn't helping much.

As slow death said, you should contact support@coinpot.co.

There is nobody else other than the actual coinpot people that can send you the funds. Once they send it, you will receive it in your wallet.

If it takes weeks to process a withdrawal on a micropayments platform I think that's a good indication of their level of trustworthiness.

After "requesting" a withdrawal, did you checked your email address associated with your Coinpot account for confirmation link?
Because the withdrawal will be cancelled if you did not confirm it within the time period.

You need to have patience as it can take around 48 hours. In my case, it took around 30 hours for me to receive 40 doge.
