I assume coinpot is some kind of online wallet?
I doubt that you'll get much response from them here, as this board is primarily meant for the discussion of the technicalities of bitcoin, not really services/companies.

Move it to something like Service Discussion.

Also, by "not going into your wallet account", what exactly do you mean? That it ( the transaction) never reached it's destination ( unconfirmed), or that your balance simply doesn't update?

Hello sir for withdraw some factor do work. Be sure that you make that work.
1. Is sending wallet coin supported that you send?
2. Be sure that Your giving address is ok.
3. If there is 2FA code please do it.
4. If there is email verification do it.
5. Is your account is verified by your name that the exchanger can identify you.

send a ticket to the support, you can do here: support@coinpot.co
explain your problem and wait for the solution. You can also see if someone has more problems than yours, you can see here:

[Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet

be calm and be patient because these services have serious problems in responding to customers.

They don't have an active official thread, so I don't think commenting on the unofficial thread will help much. But looking at the unofficial thread, there seems to be a ton of problems with Coinpot right now and support isn't helping much.

As slow death said, you should contact support@coinpot.co.

There is nobody else other than the actual coinpot people that can send you the funds. Once they send it, you will receive it in your wallet.

If it takes weeks to process a withdrawal on a micropayments platform I think that's a good indication of their level of trustworthiness.

Means you simply cannot withdraw your funds, no missing funds?
I'm assuming that this is the scenario due to your title: "withdrawl from coinpot wont go to my wallet account"

After "requesting" a withdrawal, did you checked your email address associated with your Coinpot account for confirmation link?
Because the withdrawal will be cancelled if you did not confirm it within the time period.

Here's a sample confirmation email from Coinpot:
Quote
Hi

We have received a request to withdraw 0.0005 btc from your CoinPot account to 3XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
To confirm this withdrawal please click on the following confirmation link...

https://coinpot.co/security/confirmwithdrawal/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Note: For security reasons, this link will expire and become unusable within 60 minutes - after which you will need to make a new withdrawal request)

If you did not make this withdrawal request then there is a possibility that someone has managed to gain unauthorised access to your CoinPot account.
Please take the following steps to protect your funds...
1) Click on this link to CANCEL the request https://coinpot.co/security/cancelwithdrawal/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
2) Change your CoinPot password to something more secure
3) We strongly recommend that you enable 2FA on your account to increase its security

Kind Regards
CoinPot

You need to have patience as it can take around 48 hours. In my case, it took around 30 hours for me to receive 40 doge. Shocked
