Definitely NO. Bitcoin is like a drugs. Although our government is fighting on drugs, they can't kill all users of it. Like in bitcoin, there will always use bitcoin in transaction, so, government will never destroy bitcoin
Yeah definitely government cannot kill bitcoin because the system is  anonymous and the transaction is peer to peer the government can do is only to regulate the bitcoin exchanger where the changes from bitcoin to local currency they provide some policy in order to get some taxes out  the transaction.

The first crypto currency can sink the first social network. If Facebook takes advantage of the idea of Telegram and decides to create its own crypto currency, it can topple bitcoin from its pedestal.

Creating a lot of digital currencies can output bitcoin from the game. In one theory, all products and services will be represented by tokens. In the grocery store you can pay only tokens of this store, and on the digital wallet will be conditional Fedcoin, Facebook Coin and many others, even special coins to pay for babysitting or metro travel.

Its main advantage is anonymity. If the state or Facebook takes over the crypto currency, the transactions will cease to be anonymous. Already, the authorities are making attempts to deanimize.

Governments can't destroy bitcoin in the meaning of making it disappear but they can make people stop using it by taking down the price. Governments are very powerful and only by creating a law they can convince a lot of people to sell their bitcoin so that the price goes down. If FUD about governments made people sell their coins think about what effect will have the actual news from government about being against cryptocurrencies

Government can come up with laws and policies that can frustrate the use of bitcoin in some countries and transactions but government can not totally kill bitcoin because of it's decentralized nature.

I don't know where you get your news from cause I don't see any governments banning Bitcoin. Can you name a few countries that have banned Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency which means that no government in the world will be able to destroy Bitcoin no matter how hard they try, they are just going to keep on failing.

As recently government are banning bitcoin in some countries. Do you think can government distroy bitcoin?

of course not, no matter how hard the government's efforts can never beat bitcoin, bitcoin circulation will still exist and the government will never be able to prohibit the circulation of bitcoin as long as the internet still exists in the country.

Government do not want bitcoin because they think that fiat can disappear and it will not benefit for the economic growth but the truth is that it can be the way and help for the country. It is being ban because it is use by those who are greed for illegal transactions where they cannot be track by anyone.

I think the government can not afford the power of the country, especially as many countries know that bitcoin and legitimate countries are connected to bitcoin so the bitcoin can not just break the government because it also supports bitcoin

They can destroy Bitcoin by brainwashing the mind of every people in this world. They will spread bad or fake news about cryptocurrency, to make sure the people will be afraid to use Bitcoin. Since Bitcoin is decentralized, the government will have a hardtime to take down Bitcoin.

they can't, it is not something that government can validly crush and demolish, unless they took bold action by shutting down the entire system of internet by force and send society back to stone age, otherwise bitcoin will stay here and around solidly, that is why the action we see from government is banning the bitcoin, forbidding it from widely use and also try their best to limit the scape of bitcoin, that is all they can do.

Incorrect comparision. Some drugs do kill people and destroy people`s lifes. Bitcoin is a currency. Entering cryptocurrency market is a risk any smart person should understand and accept. That`s it.  Wink

How about government decide to ban Bitcoin and many country in the world do the same like that. Yes, it will not destroy Bitcoin but it will make Bitcoin dump very low because of that. Many investor will not believe in BTC or other cryptocurrency again and it's the bad scenario.

Yes, they can affect the growth of bitcoins in many ways. Once they ban bitcoins, many investors will stop using bitcoins or investing in it.
